Zari Replaced by Abenakyo as Tourism Ambassador

The state minister for tourism wild life and antiquities Hon. Kiwanda Suubi has crowned Miss World Africa Quinn Abenakyo, the new tourism Ambassador replacing Socialite Zari Hassan. Quiin Abenakyo has burst on the world scenes after becoming the 3rd runners at the miss world pageant.

She has accumulated global recognition and now the ministry of tourism thinks she is the right person to promote Uganda as a tourism destination.

However, it should be remembered that last year 2018 zari Hassan a popular socialite in East Africa of Ugandan heritage was a pointed as the tourism ambassador.

 

Zari Hassan made tours to most of the popular tourism destination in Uganda and it was a positive mark on the tourism industry especially domestically since the locals talked about her Uganda safari and it also made news in the country.

 

Though her appointment as tourism ambassador has been making a positive mark, she has been given a boot and being replaced by Miss World Africa Quinn Abenakyo. Quinn will get to work as soon as possible and she was unveiled at the Tulambule conference this week.
